Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the products, by sending a written communication by email to the address: amministrazione@gofu.it.

The communication referred to in the previous point must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, attaching a copy of the receipt / tax invoice. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and together with the attached tax documentation.
Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, "GIULIASINESI SRL" will reimburse the amount of the products subject to withdrawal as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the payment method. date on which it became aware of the exercise of the withdrawal. "GIULIASINESI SRL" has the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original condition or have been damaged. If the recipient of the products indicated in the order is different from the person who made the payment for these products, the amount paid corresponding to the returned items will be refunded by GIULIASINESI SRL to the person who made the payment. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, "GIULIASINESI SRL" will not be responsible for the transport costs for the return or for any loss or damage to the products attributable to third parties.

Responsibility

"GIULIASINESI SRL" assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the Internet network, in the event that it fails to execute the order within the time stipulated in the contract. "GIULIASINESI SRL" will also not be responsible for damages, losses and costs suffered by the customer as a result of the non-execution of the contract for reasons not attributable to the same, and unless they depend on the fact or omission of "GIULIASINESI SRL" having the customer only entitled to full refund of the price paid and any accessory charges incurred.
Furthermore, "GIULIASINESI SRL" cannot be held responsible for the information, data and any technical or other inaccuracies that may be contained on the site, if they have been communicated by third parties and have been verified by "GIULIASINESI SRL" according to the criteria of ordinary diligence. "GIULIASINESI SRL" assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products, if it proves that it has adopted all the possible precautions based on the best science and experience of the moment and based on ordinary diligence.
